Lancer Commons is located right on the edge of campus along Hubbard Drive and Fowler Road – as close as a 2 minute walk to Campus.

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE STAFF
The Lancer Commons community is managed by Lancer Property Management with professional staff that also promotes the independent lifestyle that many students prefer. Our staff is experienced and skilled in addressing all of your student’s needs. Brandon Leck is our general manager.  Our maintenance manager, Luke Millet, is proactive and responsive to all maintenance concerns your student may have.  All work orders are processed quickly with comfort and life safety work orders an immediate priority.
  
INDIVIDUAL LEASE LIABILITY
By signing an individual lease for your student, you are only responsible for the rent of your student. You have no liability for the rent of the other apartment residents – one less thing for you to worry about. If a roommate transfers or graduates, you are not liable for the other students’ rent! This is a significant advantage over leasing options used at other properties.

FLOOR PLANS, AMENITIES, AND AFFORDABILITY
We have spacious floor plans with private accommodations and all of the modern conveniences your student has come to expect from student housing communities.  In addition, our property amenities provide your student access to retail, restaurant and other conveniences they need away from home. All of our living options are priced reasonably – offering you value over nearby housing options. You will also appreciate that your student’s financial aid and scholarships can be applied to rent.

UTILITIES
At Lancer Commons, your student’s rent is inclusive of all utilities including water, electric, gas, YouTube TV and gigabit speed internet. You can rest easy that your student will have access to all the essentials, all the time.

Thanks to Lancer Commons convenient location, right next to campus, our residents enjoy the fastest Internet connection in town.  We also have connected cameras throughout the property to keep everyone safe.
